I really should have listened to people, this is an awful movie.
Yes there are plenty of extreme stunts but the problem lies in the fact that the stunts are ubelievably extreme. Everyone knows that playing with avalanches is only going to get you killed. I think the only believable character that could pull off an avalanche escape would be James Bond.
Do not bother with this movie unless your extremely bored.
Intense. Its that simple, its definately not a clone of die hard but there is certainly plenty of guns involved. There is no humor at all but the story line has amazing twists that would leave one of those people who can fit them solves in boxes left in knots. It is a beautiful thriller, and I dont usually liket he scare factor genre.
I would give this a rating of must see. It can be boring at bits, but its manages to drag you along for a tense time. Then again I could be just a wuss.
I think this is a great movie, Jim Carey is mostly bare-able which is rare, the story is great and flows well. The characters are well played, the imagery and colors are stunning and help give the overall tone.
I really hope there will be another movie, even if it involves Jim Carey as I really enjoyed it.

So I should have listened to Balinor, but despite his recommendations against watching The Aviator I added it to my list of video’s I wanted to see when my sister txt’d me asking for what I’d like to watch. I like the period of the movie, quite a lot actually, the clothing, music, and general 1950′s movie setting. Even the coloring of some of the shots (which seemed to vary?).
I did not end up seeing the whole movie as I had to take it back, god damn overnight video’s. Never the less, from what I saw the story was disjointed and quite irratic, with the main character (Leonardo DiCaprio) appearing to get more and more possessed by Obsessive compulsive disorder (or something similar).
It may have ended up better at the end but I doubt it.

I watched this movie a few days ago and I have to say I really enjoyed it.
The graphics were very nice and there was even a good story line which is hard to find these days. I didn’t guess the twist but that could say something about my actual ability than the quality of the story.
I do have a liking to films with Will Smith in them, I know they are more often than not cheesy, but I think it has something to do with watching him in the Fresh Prince of Bel-air.
It held through the whole movie and was well worth renting.

I was really hoping that this would be a sucess, but having tried Vanilla awhile back I really shouldn’t have been holding my breath. Coke and Raspberry is my favourite and is basically what I always order if I am at a bar or restaurant (Not that it happens often) so it was really a great disapointment when I hear my tastebuds scream in there final moments of life.
It seems coke cola can only produce chemical flavours which never are, or will be, enjoyable. I know coke is very acidic but now they have gone and added a polisher to the mix, so not only does it taste like I will be spotless inside I can also have a sparkly gleam.
A terrible Shame.
